Although not yet stable, General Motors (GM) in the near future will produce the Chevrolet Camaro Convertible.

The news spread from the environment in GM, Camaro Convertible will be manufactured at the factory Bowling Green, Kentucky, United States (U.S.). First stage, the Camaro convertible will be produced as many as 20,000 units. This makes the GM became the largest automotive company in North America that produce cars in large numbers convertible other than the Ford Mustang. Sales dropped dramatically last year to make GM was forced to postpone production of convertible, like the Pontiac Solstice, Saturn Sky, and Cadillac XLR.

In May, GM spokesman Terry Rhadigan revealed that the first production Camaro Convertible starts the first quarter of 2011.
